That's not a real doctor who posted to you. CAD is not the only reason people have open heart surgery:

I took a handful of heart ailments and searched the government's database of all reports of adverse events, post vax, the CDC elected to publish the past 30 years for all vaccines. Almost all of the heart ailments listed at the top of the table below were reported after having Covid 'shots'.
I narrowed my search to include only those post vax heart ailments listed in the chart which occurred from 0 to 2 days after gettingthe Covid 'vax'.
No other vaccine in the past 30 years of record keeping ever came close. There are more such post Covid vax reports than reports for same for all other vaccines in the government database combined.
The database is under reported by a factor of approx 100%. There are other factors which further render the numbers of cardiac symptoms an undercount. But, having known the patients first hand and witnessed the shockingly abrupt decline post vax, I suppose I'm telling you something you already know.
