This kind of stupidity is what passes for “wisdom” when those who have handed over to a reprobate mind are in positions of power.

“Reprobation” is spiritual psychopathy/sociopathy; the clinical description is found in Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim. 3:1-5.

This is why the wicked should never allowed to be in positions of power; they will use the law to force the righteous to commit iniquity — and a government that does such will face the fierce wrath of Almighty God Whose wrath burns against those who persecute and harass His people.
