I looked at the heart-warming video.
Unfortunately, it looks like the license plate of the concerned citizen who took action was visible.
So the Commie Brit "authoritays" will come down on him like a load of bricks.
You know - the ones who WEREN'T enforcing the Law to keep the streets clear.
I noticed a huge dent (back right side door, what WE would have called the back PASENGER door.. but the Brits have to be stupid and do everything opposite of us😉) that appears that the van next to him may have made.
I wonder what the story is on that..
