BREAKING: Judge Maryellen Noreika denies Hunter Biden’s plea deal after she questioned the constitutionality of the immunity Hunter would receive.
Looks like Hunter Biden is now going to trial 🔥
Judge Noreika specifically took issue with the fact that the defense was trying to give Hunter immunity from any charges that would come up in the *future.*
When Judge Noreika confronted the prosecutors what Hunter was currently under investigation for, they refused to answer.
They also refused to answer if Hunter violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA)

<> DOJ wanted to wrap humper’s charges into a nice neat package wrapped up with unlimited immunity in the future & settle today
<> DOJ (garland & wray) also wants to deny congressional investigators testimony & evidence because “there is an on going investigation “ into humper’s activities.....which may lead to the big guy
So, these things are mutually exclusive. You can’t have both ways
