two video's mentioned in the lawsuit: The primary argument for the lawsuit is in this video Second half of the video 21:00: https://rumble.com/v1miuec-live-7pm-overcoming-psychopaths-and-global-tyranny.html Dr Malone uses this video which states the January 6 prisoners are in "gulags." (Ruby's boss Stew peters directly recognizing the judge in this case associated with mass murder.) https://rumble.com/vtwkaf-live-400000-vaxx-abortions-j6-prisoner-live-from-dc-gulag-dr.-stella-hospit.html The argument blew up on Substack here in the comments: https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/power-and-strategy-of-false-narratives?utm_source=profile&utm_medium=reader2 My take of this lawsuit: 1. Dr Malone is a control freak and the way it's worded a bad actor. 2. Breggin, M.D. does make unproven assertions and he sounds as though he is acting in the video (bad actor?) The Wellness center sells WAY over priced vitamins. Jane Ruby seems to be simply giving Breggin, M.D. a place to speak. Why is she in this law suit? (lawsuit states she didn't take the video down) 3. Both Breggin, M.D. and Dr Malone might be bad actors to stop "misinformation" IE: Jane Ruby in my opinion. Which opens the door for more liability against misinformation
