I’ve read that rice grown in TX and I think Arkansas (?) picks up aresenic that is in the soil but CA doesn’t have that kind of soil. I wish I knew where the Costco Indian rice was grown. I’m going to buy Lundberg CA rice from now on.
Costco Indian rice? Just happen to have a bag back in the stash. It’s plainly labeled “product of India” and then it says “grown in the Himalayan foothills.” Sound great but those foothills go clear to the ocean. Tthat’s what Colonel Everest was surveying back in the day.
