This is a followup post to the War Clandestine post about Biden's Metabiota, and biowarfare labs in the Ukraine.
I found a 64 page petition or explaination of the compaints the Russians were presenting to the UN. Makes for interesting reading - given the high rate of infection following installation of the 'labs', it looks like pathogens were likely being tested on the public in waves. A vigorous version of Tuberculosis which killed 1 out of 4 (Russia suggests there were inadquate treatment opportunities for the ill). I pitty the Ukrainian people being treated like lab rats.

Below is the UN refusing the text Russia submitted. Individual nations were allowed to comment. Some abstained from voting. Surprised China said the details Russia provided warranted the requested investigation while the US, Ukraine and many others rejected Russias claims as 'baseless' and lacking evidence. Did anyone expect the US to admit to Pentagon and private companies like Metabiota producing bioweapons? The reportage on this issue featured AP, PBS and others all parroting "baseless, lacking evidence" to the point I thought I might be reading 2020 election dreck.

Here's an article from 12/2022 wherein the US and RUssia accuse each other of not wanting peace. I found this quote ironic, given the US CIA helped overthrow the Ukraine in 2014 (i.e., "you can't have it 'cause we stole it first!"):

Sometimes I wonder how much Zelensky does/does not know. For instance, the US supposedly coached Zelensky not to negotiate peace with Putin, as Putin had hoped all along, in the early days of the war. Was Zelensky conned into declining or is he part of the show? If the latter, I don't think he likes his 'role'.
Russia claims that it was ready to strike an early peace deal with Ukraine but the West ruined it
Russia's foreign minister said Russia was open to negotiating with Ukraine in the early months of the war.
Sergey Lavrov blamed the US and other Western nations for blocking peace talks.
At the time, Western leaders urged Ukraine to approach negotiations cautiously.
I wanted to find Russia's specific terms for peace but read articles that said things like, "Nobody knows what Russia's peace terms are" and yet there are many articles all about the Ukraine's terms.
While I haven't found Russia's terms for peace yet, I saw some articles about Russia's terms which must be met BEFORE peace talks can take place - will keep looking.

The article linked to the Russian government website provides an overview of Russia's assertions of US biolabs in the Ukraine. Obama makes an appearance in the history of the development of the labs, as does the CIA's Nuland, FIVE EYES and NATO. So far, there's a news coverage blackout on this topic so Russia's government website is the only source.
The full report is 200 pages in length but so far I can't find an English version. All MSM sources and regime Gov officials, in addition to the UN Security Council, insist these allegations are 'baseless' and 'lack evidence', using pretty much the same template as their description of Trump's 2020 Election theft assertions.
The information is ghastly if true, and that is likely the understatement of a lifetime. If even a fraction of Russia's assertions turn out to be true, I can see why those behind the US labs 'can't afford' to be exposed.
As the overview asserts - the weapons of mass destruction (biological) being developed in the Ukraine, along with experiments on unwitting citizens/military, potentially exist everywhere the US has labs.
The overview article linked above is probably 4 pages - I put some excerpts below. Russia asserts that the Ukraine has at least 50 US labs developed for the purpose of waging 'invisible' bio warfare on Russia and beyond. I've tried excerpting the article twice, but I end up wanting to put everything in the excerpt -it has details worth evaluating.
