I have run into an interesting conversation about the white horse from the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse from Pastor Nathan Leal. This is the passage from Revelation 6:2

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. -- Revelation. 6:2

The two key descriptive words are highlighted in bold text - bow and crown. Most teachings will point out the mention of a bow but no arrows imply this entity brings war through sweet words and negotiations through persuasion rather than weapons - the conclusion is that this represents the anti-christ. But is this interpretation correct? Also, the mention of "crown" in the context of the discussion is very interesting. Pastor Leal uses screenshots from the very powerful tool from blueletterbible . org to find the original greek and its translation.

I'm not saying I agree with his eventual conclusion that we are currently in the midst of The Tribulation, but the points mention in this post are very interesting. Here is the discussion.
