Tucker does a fabulous job with his questions.
“...pick up 30% + of the Black vote...”
Not sure on that one brother. He wasn’t elected on the dem black vote anyway as they seem to have DNA that makes them vote democrat. And this isn’t what made Kamala a big asset to Joe.
I think he would be an asset in his intelligence toward finances and his efforts to stay racially neutral instead of displaying it which he has made a real effort at accomplishing.
wy69.
I could live with that, I think. Not so sure about the implications for the next step in the chess game after Trump though. If there is an after Trump and I’m not so sure about that either.
Hutchinson self-immolated a long time ago.
Nice...bookmarked for later...Going to watch it later.
Tim Scott is as duplicitous as Mike Pence. He is, after all, a politician. This notion of choosing a VP, who appeals to one constituency or another to garner votes is a bad idea. Pick someone who is truly MAGA period!
Tim is a good, reliable, Senate vote for our side. He’s not a drama queen like Linda or the girls...just quietly votes for all of Trump’s picks. So Tim, please stay put!
Scott is a king neo- con.
Kind of like Bannon.
Yep
So sad to see race based politics lift it’s ugly head.
Scott is not MAGA nor does he have the talent to step into the presidency in the event of an emergency. A terrible pick IMO.
Trump did not have trouble getting votes. Election fraud was and is the issue.
Black people, like all other people, are smart enough to look at the results of leftist policies and are leaving the plantation. Pandering to them by picking a “Black” VP is insulting, demeaning and a very bad move. Best candidate on meritocracy not pigmentation.
“Kind of like Bannon.”
I agree, somewhat. Without Bannon, Trump was still far better than Bush Sr. without Atwater. But yes, Bannon knew the ‘street’ there and would have warned him about backstabbing Republicans, Democrats in general, and that Javanka was somehow compromised.
DeSantis already said he didn’t want to be VP (he called it #2).
I’d agree with DeSantis he is not worthy of #2 spot. Nor anything higher. He can’t even handle his governor position properly, wisely. Many things he should be addressing and hasn’t like his helping ship around illegals, like his allowing more illegals into his state even. He has ability to stop some of that why hasn’t he?
He has addressed some things but from a number of things I read they are look good do almost nothing to truly help the situations. He only wanted to be governor to step on the people of his state to reach another level for himself. self focused is now way to lead any thing.
Whether one likes it or not, Trump will be the nominee. I can see Scott picking up some black votes. I don’t see 30+%. But yes, there will some black vote migration.
Brilliant summary that just cuts right to it. Once said, you see it and nothing else that can be said can undo that.
I always wonder if someone set him up. Not that he was a great President. But he was a Republican.
“pick up 30% + of the Black vote which will destroy the Dem.”
Chosing Byron Donalds, an actual conservative, would accomplish the same. Except that he’s from FL, which could be an issue.
Byron Donalds is a very formidable, capable man. But he is a Floridian as is Trump so that is not a possibility. Unless of course 45 decides to reestablish residence in NJ.
I hope he doesn’t pick Tim Scott the Democrats are expecting that pick and I like him way too much to see him be destroyed Pick DeSantis then stick him in a closet somewhere in th White House.
