Let's apply Occams Razor, shall we?

It's entirely likely Kerry's been LEASING a plane for these trips and we TAXPAYERS are paying for it;

Or perhaps Kerry and the Ketchup Queen have a TIME SHARE in a private plane and are charging back to the US Government and us TAXPAYERS for the time used out of their time share.

Both of the above could be true AND prove Kerry doesn't own a plane. It could ALSO be true he's traveling on TAXPAYER dime exclusively by leasing a jet AND not owning one.
