I understand fully God’s ways are not our ways.

Anyway, I [Alexander] waited for the rest of yesterday uh looking expectantly for the announcement of these guarantees and they did not appear.

In fact, what we got instead was some kind of a statement that there would be a decision, an announcement perhaps, sometime next year as to the nature of what these security guarantees would be.
