When I see the word “National” or “Nationalize” my eyes glaze over and I’m ready to fight.
Who else is this guy talking to when he “calls” for “national”. These days that usually means get the feds involved.
I think it just means on a Nationwide scale. It will take that to reverse the trends, after all.
