You can assess someone’s Christian faith by asking if they believe Genesis, or the UFO narrative. They are incompatible.

In the Genesis framework, “aliens” must have been created on earth, and at the same time as sentient humans. Then for the aliens narrative also to be true, in order to allow civilization/technology development and space travel, how long ago must creation have taken place?

So we must believe one or the other.

I think it’s POSSIBLE that God may have created other worlds with other beings, with their own specific paths to salvation, their own similar/parallel equivalents to our Scripture and Earth’s Book of Genesis. I don’t believe that’s true, but think it’s possible. We think within the constraints of our finite conceptions (or misconceptions) about everything.

If true, then Heaven might look like the bar scene in Star Wars.

Amen! I have always found the theory of life on other planets to be inconsistent with the Bible narrative.
