Think about that concept. If they knew something else worse they would have surrounded the vehicle with 20 units, 100 officers, two helicopters, machine guns, and grenade launchers instead of just a simple traffic stop.
It was reported as a traffic stop because of bad tags... Everything else is after the fact...
