I’ve done workshops for parents who lost children and are stuck in the grieving process years later.

It’s a complex process and usually they are not grieving for the reason they think they are.

Often is a projection of an unresolved trauma from earlier in life that is projected onto the current loss.

Yes, the people can be very intelligent in all other aspects of their life, but have what I call loopy logic related to the loss.

I’ve worked with Dr’s, attorneys, professors and other very intelligent individuals. The loopy logic is not related to intelligence level.

Ten years later and they will still speak of the event as though it just happened.

My best friend was violently murdered almost 30 years ago and I have vivid memories of it every single day.

Only seeing her in Heaven will take those memories away.
