I was most certainly wrong about the graphic analysis of Ballards' tie .
My analysis the one blurry photo seemed reasonable enough to run with it; an error.
I was too hasty in trying to defend Ballards noble anti-traffic resume
and the current biographical drama for personal reasons.
Haffast nailed it by finding multiple uses of the tie,
posting photos at the end of the last thread.
