I don’t pick a side with the “Will the real PedoJoe stand up” issue. Just saying my adult teeth at 70 are a lot different looking than they were at age 30 or 40.
Teeth can differ, and maybe some fleshy face features, but the bone structure doesn’t change.
Cartilage probably doesn’t either.
Ears have distinct shapes; that’s why mugshots have profile view as well as front view.
If someone had a dangling earlobe, he’d still have a dangling earlobe when he’s old.
Same with attached earlobes.
Look at the ears on old pics of Joe, and the various ones now.
