He gets an innocuous reply based on an imaginary excuse for the guy wearing the tie.
Sorry if the poster’s reaction to hearing that drew a noisy Contrast between the reply he got and Q’s use of the Socratic approach to elicit research on the question.
Q often elicited the curious to go research a statement made or a question posed, not to first excuse it out of hand.
Your deeply personal and insulting Flames and innuendo to answer some burst of exasperation by a poster are becoming more outrageous and scenic than the poster’s exasperation you pose to address.
I was thinking your own Flames are a suitable example of stepping on some of the same examples of poor conduct that Jim Robinson discourages, in order to avoid flame wars.

Every person here has suffered to remain here. We each bring something of value. Cletus and his extremely tiny Band of Bothers seem to enjoy looking down on the rest of us. It’s okay for us not to be okay with that.
Those who continue to try to keep the turmoil going... continue to choose to feel superior... continue to ignore and disrespect reasonable requests... continue to attempt to misrepresent...are simply outing themselves. This is a sin of pride issue! Desperate attempts to frame it as a free speech issue are transparent. Seeing oneself as a champion of free speech, when in reality one is simply being tiresome and rude, is rather pathetic. Being a troll—or BEHAVING like a troll—means one is, for all intents and purposes, a troll.
