Iโm going to need to step up my metal detecting game to catch up. I got some nice old coins last weekend but no gold or silver.

Sure, I'm just kinda skeptical. No accent Kentuckian not too far long after the fbi dug around in Pennsylvania looking for gold.
Metal detecting is a fun hobby. Also called trash removing.

Good point. Same thing occurs when the guy is innocent and helps find the killer for the cops; and the cops say he's the killer.

Make a buncha fancy belt buckles. JB Weld one to a sidewalk in downtown LA a get the popcorn?
To: know.your.why
You wouldn’t want to waste a gold coin by gluing it to the sidewalk; someone would chisel it loose right away. Reminds me of many years ago, when my sister superglued a dime to the sidewalk in front of her third-floor apartment so that she could drop water balloons on the backs of people’s heads when they bent over to pick it up.

That was the first thing that came to my mind as well.

No, they might tax him on the proceeds of the auction but that’s it.

I wonder how long ago he found these ?
“Numismatic Guaranty Co. (NGC), which certified the coins’ authenticity”
I am don’t know how long their backup is today, but last I checked it was 6-9 months
I am not sure how good they are cause I once bought as ms70 plat eagle but I would not even give it a 67.
I asked a couple LCS their opinion and they said the same thing.
but it could be a flaw in the plastic holder, so I guess I should send it for re-grading?
