As a Doordash driver myself , I wouldn’t even think of talking to a customer in a rude tone of voice even if the customer was rude to me. I guess I was brought up in a different time. Is it true that Door Dash drivers only earn what they’re tipped or are they paid a small amount from DD for each order as well?

It appears that they get paid a base pay per delivery more than I made hourly as a deputy sheriff... 😶

I don’t think it is a good idea for the tip to be shown to the drivers anyway. Causes resentment.
