On the other hand, weak people and soft countries won't fix problems until they reach a level of extreme disorder...and that often means war is necessary.
The WEF (of which Macron is a loyal member) has been slipping lately. Sweden's progress re: nuclear power plants and France's war in the streets come to mind.
This chaos is what the WEF need to happen to create their NWO. The problem with those people is that they have no clue and did not plan for the part that their chaos could come back on them. There are just more of the masses than there are elitist demons in castles behind the gates.
Elite narcissists and intellectuals may be great at meeting and concocting plans on paper, but they have no idea how to control the unexpected repercussions that weren’t part of the plan because they rely on people that aren’t one of them to do their dirty work.
That's simply a consequence of elected government. The problem has to reach a point where the majority of people reach the conclusion that it's a problem that requires fixing.
Until then, you either move or you grind your teeth and endure it.
