Friends! Some people have asked why Wernher von Braun would have posed for/or allowed me to take photographs while he was sharing such incredibly secret and sensitive information about UAP/UFOs.
My answer is simple…he didn’t!
The photographs of our time together were taken SECRETLY by a miniature CIA-commissioned Minox camera, which my brother-in-law and I went to great lengths to keep concealed!
This was many years before the invention of mobile phones or the incredibly small pin-hole sized cameras that spy agencies now use.
Back then, the Minox sub-miniature camera was a common tool used by intelligence agencies across the world – including those in America, Britain, Germany and the Eastern Bloc.
Although the camera was very small (for the time) it still made a noise and required some rapid - but possibly conspicuous - movement to operate it…so taking images without being noticed required a lot of care!
Nevertheless, we did manage to capture many images this way– including the ones I have already shown you of my meetings with von Braun.
However, there were other images taken which I have not yet been able to share.
Many were stolen during a break-in at my apartment in New York, when I lived there in the 1970s…by who, I’m not sure…but I certainly have my suspicions!
I am now searching through all my archives in the hope of finding some surviving, misplaced negatives that were not stolen – as there were others taken during my time with von Braun at a NASA base – and they showed some of what I saw with my own eyes!
