I haven’t tried any of that. I thought about a hot bath with epsom salts but I didn’t think I could get out of the tub without causing more damage. I’m okay holding still but getting up and down is what hurts, whether it’s laying down or sitting. Massage, no, touching the area hurts, in two spots. That’s why it’s so weird this tight back brace actually feels good.
So now I guess you call and get an appointment with the optometrist again?
