Rusty, last week as I was paying the gravel guy I turned to go and tripped on something, got a bunch of gravel, stuck in my palms, and I thought that was the extent of it. A few hours later, my side started hurting. No bruising there, I didn’t even think I hit there, so the twisting sounds right. Especially since that’ll only take 2 to 3 weeks to heal, and a fracture will take 2 to 3 months. I vote for muscle damage. LOL
A friend in his 70s told me that’s how it starts. One day you’ll feel fine and the next day everything starts to go wrong. I hope this isn’t the start of age issues for me! I have plans
