John Ratcliffe was just on with Maria, he said that adding another guy on to Trump indictment will prolong legal proceedings until election (or after?)
I’m not sure I understand the logic behind that, I need to make my coffee, lol.
Is it because another person indicted means more investigations which takes time?
I’m beginning to think that Jack Smack doesn’t have a case, which I didn’t think he did all along, only hopes to run off Trump voters or potential Trump voters who are stupid enough to think Trump has too much baggage and they are tired of it.
However, IF he is able to get a conviction, which is entirely possible in Demonrat DC, will they have grounds to keep Trump off the ballots?
another defendant probably requires another attorney for the defendant.
Attorney has to be brought up to speed...yada,yada.
Original attorneys now have to re-do their defense as additional charges were added.
Discovery and all that good stuff plus motions take time...
