Fox News reporting that Hunter Biden’s plea deal is being questioned by judge. Judge asked the prosecution if there was an ongoing existing investigation into Hunter Biden and they said yes. Judge querying if she can accept a guilty plea because it would give Hunter immunity to future charges. Judge asks does the ongoing probe involve FARA. Prosecution did not answer. Judge began by questioning whether pleading guilty to two tax misdemeanor could be tied to the diversion on gun charge.

Really insulting to the court that Biden DOJ and Hunter’s attorneys thought the judge would rubberstamp this corrupt plea deal.
The gun possession charge is what irks me. I’m hearing the judge agrees. Not only waS his possession a felony, but it was disposed of by a school. Anyone else would be in jail.
People are literally running out of the courthouse.
The judge will not accept the plea deal because of the gun charge.
