Great point! That’s why I usually wear real jeans and shorts. Tight clothes make me lose my appetite.
It was a big setback for me to break my hip last October.
The first few months after you break it, your mobility is severely limited.
You simply cannot walk far on two crutches, then one crutch then a cane.
I am doing much better mobility wise, but am limited because of an L5 herniated disc, and RSD.
I try to walk no matter what, even if it’s just mowing the lawn with my walk behind mower.
(Our front lawn is HUGE!)
In bad weather, I use my floor stationary pedal exerciser,
and can keep track of the miles on the digital thingy on it.
I also go up and down the stairs in our split ranch whether I need to or not!
