Cream cheese (softened, stirred), sour cream, vanilla, powdered sugar and a tad heavy whipping cream (to make sauce consistency) .

kitchen aid has a ton of interesting attachments. I have a pasta one and meat grinder. at least a couple of grain mills ha e a version that attaches to the KA.
