Look at Section 9-11.233 presentation of exculpatory evidence. Will the SC be required to tell the grand jury about: 1) Trump’s acquittal on insurrection charge by U.S. Senate on February 13, 2012? 2) The FBI’s finding of no conspiracy regarding events of J6? 3) The Capitol Hill surveillance tapes showing Ray Epps and others inciting agressive action? 4) The video of President Trump urging peaceful demonstrations and then for everyone to go home? 5) The evidence that President Trump asked for 10,000 troops and was rebuffed by Pelosi and Bowser?

Why let the facts get in the way of a conviction.

And we better prepare for that conviction.

Sad to say it’s going to happen.
