I think the video shows ignorant people in charge. They could possibly have left the gear hoping someone would take the supplies. (YOU PROTECT SOMETHING IF ITS NECESSARY ITEMS..OR YOU DON'T FEEL A THREAT OF IT BEING STOLEN. Too easy. If it seems too easy it is too easy.
SET-UP. Or working with people outside.
