My theory.....these are PAID MERCENARY SOLDIERS NOT our GOOD SUPREME SOLDIERS! (Syrians-Russians) say NATO pays for them. They must have lost MANY other mercenary men in Ukraine to need these guys. I'm thinking the Iraqi Kurds are thrilled they are leaving.
