While you were being distracted by “OMG there’s cocaine in the White House,” a US District Judge just ordered a bunch of federal agencies and top WHITE HOUSE officials to STOP asking social media companies to take down “content containing protected free speech” from their platforms.

This is a great day for FREE SPEECH IN AMERICA, and a much-needed BLOW to the Biden administration.

But it’s only the beginning.

Republicans really flubbed it when they didn’t reevaluate and rewrite Section 230 back in 2020, because it only made social media dictators more dictatorial.

Because let’s be honest:

When you remove the ability of the president of the United States to communicate with his constituents, you’ve taken a wrong turn on the path to democracy.
