My feet kill me if I walk that much, on hard surfaces. I got some good insoles that help. That’s why I exercise in water. I need to force myself to start that again and not think about the heat getting there and back.

Then I stress about what I’m not doing, too. Like cleaning my floors. I did clean my bedroom yesterday.this week I go to my ENT and see what he wants to do about the goiter in my thyroid. And get some new glasses, and get my cat groomed. Then if something else doesn’t happen ill have to find a neurosurgeon I trust, probably in another town, which for me means long trips. So that is stressful too. It would be nice if I could consult with doctors via video conference before I make a trip to visit with them.

Yes, and root beer and cream soda, which I like occasionally. Dr Pepper has a drink of DP and cream soda mixed, good! I rarely drink coke unless there’s bourbon in it. 🙂 I mostly drink water, tea and coffee.
Thanks for posting! My heart goes out to President Trump. He’s a strong guy but this all has to get to him.
