wow! who knew the constitution says you can borrow a bunch of money supposedly for school, spend it how ever, make small payments for 10 years then not have to pay the rest!So thankful for the constitutional knowledge of joey b

He can delay repayment but he cannot forgive/cancel any of the debt. This was fundamental to the SC ruling. Did he not read the decision?

when I went to nursing school, my loan arrangement was if I worked at a non profit for 5 yrs, my loan would be forgiven....well, the loan was not much, maybe $5000 and I paid a little each month until the 5th year when what was left was forgiven....

this govt is giving away billions and trillions to other countries for ridiculous reasons and I do hope that this Govt might be able to help its own citizens a little.
