Or non-payment. Who’s to decide what discretionary income is. And who’s going to determine what that 5% amount would be? I guarantee this is a back door way same thing mine just got slapped down for

5% of discretionary Is like under $100 for most people. More line $50 for a lot of people.
So $1200 a year for 10 years = $12,000.
Sorry but I feel a lot of people with student loans will be better off with the pay back plans than the original plan for debt relief.
