Absolutely. They have good intel. I remember a “gay pride” parade was attempted and Russian Orthodox priests showed up and beat them with sticks. Then laws were passed that homos have to stay out of sight and absolutely no propaganda esp. as related to children.
It wasn’t that long ago that the same would have happened in the US. Not beaten to death, but certainly run out of town.
