Actually on many of his reviews he does touch on the need of Hollywood to make things PC, not this one though. I agree. I took some of my grandkids to Tom N Jerry a few years ago. What a flop that movie was, awful. They were so intent on being woke and PC ….they had every ethnic, gender, sexual preference stereotyped. Then they had to throw all their socially acceptable moral references in so that they actually seemed to forget the idea was to amuse kids. The ones I took were 12,11, 5 and there were many smaller kids there. During the movie there was little laughter and when everyone left they were basically just somber. Amazing, never seen anything like it. Now that was a true example of wokeism destroying movies. “ Aside from a diverse cast and a bouncy soundtrack, Tom and Jerry brings nothing new to the table except a confusing plot for children…” from a review magazine.
