Trump supports Democrat Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. saying he’s a good man and his ‘heart is in the right place.’
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Anyone except Trump or a Democrat will do better because someone like DeSantis will not touch the issue at the federal level. He will leave it to the states because he respects the US Constitution.
Trump and the Democrats would love to get together and impose a minimum 15 week limit on abortion federally (which they can do through legislation)
Therefore, anyone who respects states' rights would do better than Trump.
I guess Trump hasn’t read RFK jr’s Wikipedia page yet.
Perhaps what Trump says is true, but if I have learned anything over the eight decades on this planet it is that it is more important where a potential President’s head is than where his heart is. Exhibit 1: George Washington. Exhibit 2: Thomas Jefferson. Exhibit 3: James Madison. Exhibit 4: Andrew Jackson. Exhibit 5: Abraham Lincoln. Exhibit 6: Donald Trump. Exhibit 7: Joseph Bumbulus Biden.
“There’s a reason why the Clintons were invited to the Trump’s wedding and why Trump had donated to Hillary’s Senate campaigns and why Trump’s DOJ killed the investigation into Hillary.”
You want even more irony? Trump also donated to Biden, Kerry, Schumer and Harry Reid. Trump thought it was “smart” to do so.
Tucker Carlson called him a demon.
Sometimes Trump cares about that stuff and sometimes he doesn’t.

Trump isn’t a true conservative. He is strictly a business man who works with whoever he thinks can give him the best deal regardless of what party they belong to or their political or religious idealaogy.
Never voted or a Democrat, ever.
Fine, then vote Democrat.
He says it’s not our busniess, and that is absolutly true.
Bud Light is part of Cultural Marxism.
Except being Pro- Life, I agree with you.
You’re insane.
Yes, but he was also ready to give our 2nd rights away to Fienstien.

Trump’s shocking bipartisan promises are starting to sound familiar
Analysis By Z. Byron Wolf, CNN

“What exactly did Trump mean? Is he really going back to the drawing board and opening the door, offhandedly, to an assault weapons ban?
Um, no. Not if history is any guide. There’s something of a pattern emerging and it goes like this: Trump holds a bipartisan event for the camera, says he’s open to just about everything, gets some pushback from the GOP Congress, then nothing getting done.”

The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) endorsed President Donald Trump for reelection in a letter sent to the president on Wednesday, July 15.
“On behalf of America’s 5 million NRA members, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is proud to endorse your reelection as president of the United States of America,” wrote NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre and NRA Institute for Legislative Action Executive Director Jason Ouimet in a letter.
“On behalf of our millions of members, we thank you for your continued support of the Second Amendment and all of the constitutional freedoms in which we believe. We are proud to support you and the promise of your second term,” concludes the letter.
President Trump has been a champion of the right to keep and bear arms. He has filled the courts with pro-Second Amendment judges and more recently, he has made sure that firearms stores and manufacturers are listed as essential businesses even as many anti-freedom orders have been levied by politicians during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Just this past February, Trump used his State of the Union address to reaffirm his support for the Second Amendment. In it, he said, “Just as we believe in the First Amendment, we believe in another Constitutional right that is under siege all across our country. So long as I am president, I will always protect your Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms.”
The choice is clear for Americans who want to protect and defend our Second Amendment rights. President Trump has made his steadfast support for your rights clearly known.
Meanwhile, his presumptive opponent, Joe Biden, has made no secret of his outright disdain for the constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms. The former vice president’s list on what he’d do includes gun bans, forced confiscations of guns, mandatory licensing and much more.

DeSantis hopes red flag laws will help thwart future shootings
Published August 8, 2019
Excerpt:
“ …Florida’s so-called red flag laws allow law enforcement to take away a person’s guns temporarily if they determine a person is an immediate threat.
Many, including the governor, are behind it.
“I just want us to be responsive to that. The vast majorities of these instances have had red flags,” he said. “The Marjory Stoneman Douglas report made that clear. So I think we need to identify that and do something about it.”
Last week, Florida launched a threat assessment portal for schools and law enforcement to share information, which will be confidential. A statewide app called Fortify Florida allows anyone to report suspicious activity anonymously.”
