Pelosi is actually 100% correct on this one. Saving a premature baby that has just survived an abortion attempt is going to be a very expensive medical bill and the baby does not have a great chance of surviving or having a normal life it the baby does survive. There are also more medical demands that have a better chance of a positive outcome than going to heroic efforts to save the life of horribly injured baby who surives a botched abortion. That does not mean we should not do it.
