That culture is shared by Afghanistan as well. It was a major problem with our forces there, as Afghan officers known by our forces to be abusing boys could not be brought to justice by our forces. Saw this and yes I’ve read SW Asia is sending increasing numbers of illegal immigrants. They just step across and say “my life is in danger, I’m a refugee” and basically they are good.
