Its been my experience that “diversity officers” in corporations don’t do much, except bloat corporate bureaucracies and issue reports full of woke slogans that no one reads. I expect she had little/no input into the film-making process
Disney is already “woke” through and through. There’s plenty of other people responsible for their bad movies.

IME.. partially correct.
Their role is to get rid of experienced productive workers. That tend to be the wrong color or worldview.
And replace these productive workers with underskilled, under productive workers that tend to look and have the same worldview as the DEI managers.
