I think it’s a piece of the whole puzzle - indication that the CIA is involved in a lot of evil in the world. The overthrowing of many governments orchestrated by the CIA and its propaganda campaign. The US is in the middle of such an effort, what with the “rainbow color revolution” under way (as noted in previous posts).
CIA is a common denominator to much of the trouble in the world, and the reference to Bourne is perhaps an acknowledgment of their participation in some aspects of that trend. Perhaps it’s partially a call for anons to investigate things like MK/Ultra, which is somewhat resembled by the basis of the Bourne books/movie.
Just some thoughts on it.
