If you noticed, laws are being passed to prevent over the counter medicine purchases for livestock. It has to be prescribed by veterinarians.
IMO, this is the backdoor method to prevent us from getting ivermectin or antibiotics if there are shotages.

Maybe but in the case of ivermectin its easily obtainable from overseas at really good prices. INdiamart is a perfect example.
