***The Elections Clause does not vest exclusive and independent authority in state legislatures to set the rules regarding federal elections
help with this ... On its face, it looks good to me***

Just look at the abuses committed in the 2020 election. Everybody with a podium and no real opposition penned laws that benefited themselves: ballot harvesting, midnight drop boxes, mail-in ballots, no voter ID ...

Looks to me like another nail in the coffin of ‘free and fair elections.’ I just don’t understand

~~~~~~~~~
Many states have legislated all mail in ballots. That right there destroys honest elections. So... would like more discussion on this. Or my state, allows illegals to get DL AND voter registration cards. NY state allows illegals to vote, at least in state elections, and probably they do in federal elections as well, who’s to stop them? Some states have other legislation allowing other election procedures that facilitate stolen elections.
As I posted lo those many moons ago, the whole purpose of open borders is to end U.S. sovereignty, make us a global territory. Right now they are winning; we will see. 'We' must stop it.
