The man may occasionally have a sense of foreboding that something is really out there that he should be panicking about, but simply can not remember what it is nor control when it is that he briefly recalls some piece of it. Rinse and Repeat.
I despise Elder Abuse as every normie does, and the wicked are all over him. The Joe opened that door, ions ago. A deed of consequence.
Otherwise, just think, he could have made different choices. He could have been living in dementia, but made reasonably comfortable and content, even perhaps oblivious of worry. Yep... we lie in the bed that we made; true of all of us. We are learning of The Joe that he has not entered a new phase of his life; he has mostly been all along just what he is now - greedy, covetous, vengeful, unprincipled - narcissistic, scared.
He thinks that he is living his life's dream: to be a dictator as a leader over all, the center of everything. You reap what you sew.
