any boots on the ground reports here?

********************

As far as the Trump visit to the Oakland County Republican Party Lincoln Day dinner yesterday northwest of Detroit, I unfortunately was unable to attend due to a family function. However a few of the precinct delegates I work with were able to attend either the dinner or a special airport welcoming ceremony and I can point a few things out based on their comments.

The ones that met the President at the airport were able to get hat autographs (mostly for their kids) - great for teaching the younger generation. Oddly he was wearing a pink tie for the day (nobody could remember him wearing a pink tie much), but maybe he was doing some “comms”.

The reason I say that is the Oakland County GOP group (OCRP) still appears to have a core group of RINOs in charge. Somehow the lighting during Trumps speech (I haven’t seen it yet, just from text messages I’ve seen from people deemed trustworthy) varied from pink to magenta & back. While I could care less, it falls in line with some of the background tricks democrats would pull to try and unconsiously mess with a candidate.

On top of that, the OCRP not only didn’t invite the new state GOP chair THAT LIVES IN OAKLAND COUNTY to the dinner (reference my previous e-mails regarding grassroots victor Kristina Karamo), but didn’t even mention her name. Schmucks. I heard Dr. Ben Carson was in the area speaking at local churches. Crickets again from county leadership.

Knowing what I know about the Q plan and all the information they have, I can’t help but wonder how some of these “folk” can be that ignorant and think they haven’t been figured out by now. Some of them even spoke at the event. They’re probably lucky our local boy Ted Nugent didn’t know or held back. His favorite line is “I believe in the death penalty - at the scene of the crime!”. Definite 2nd Amendment fan for anyone unfamiliar with him.

That’s all I’ve got for now. Been busy with a computer upgrade, work, family, life in general but will try and keep up with the threads. Murmurs of internet/computer glitches from people today (mysteriously changing dates??), and Independence day is just around the corner. And something about ISO 20022 for the banks. I’m sure that will be fine (insert eye roll emoji here)...

Oh, I also heard our state reps/senate will be voting on a bill to quash any last hope of having election integrity in the state. So people will be going to Lansing to voice opposition, but I have the side thing called “work” (which believe it or not is also a personal OP!), so I can’t hit that one.

That’s all for today. Tune in next time for another edition of “What’s up, Michigan”.
