I still say that with a proper team of attorneys that at least knows how to write a legal brief, the idea behind the case may have possibly had a chance. But they didn’t have such a team. Hard to believe that one of the brothers is supposedly a practicing lawyer.
And isn’t it odd that a lot of these types of cases don’t get high powered lawyers ?
