Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-Texas) said Wednesday that he was outraged by first son Hunter Biden’s probation-only plea deal for tax and gun crimes, saying that black men are serving prison sentences for similar offenses.
“The American people are sick and tired of this two-tiered justice system and as a black man, I’m tired of seeing this kind of discretion used to favor people like Hunter Biden because he’s white and the son of a president,” Hunt said during a House Judiciary Committee hearing. Apache helicopter pilot, and one of four black House Republicans added a jab at Hunter’s father: “I guess selective justice shouldn’t come as a surprise … after all, Joe Biden was one of the authors of the ’94 crime bill, one of my all time favorites. We can see what that has done to black men across this country.”

What’s funny is that people think the black gun crime issue is about lying on a form….because they don’t buy guns at the gun store.
This is precisely why blacks will never again win the WH, because everything defaults back to their woe-is-me race garbage.
The best thing Biden ever done was the 1994 Crime Bill. He took hundreds of violent thugs off the streets. I don't know why Republicans are using it as an own now, it's horrible politics and only alienates working and middle-class white voters.

Does Hunter’s “sentence” allow for appeals?
If I’m not mistaken, if you take a plea(which many do when they deal with the Feds), then you waive your right to any appeal.
Could this circumvent that, claiming that it’s a civil right abuse by allowing the “rich WHITE guy” to get off while I’m sitting in federal prison?
Hunter Biden’s “skating act” cries out for Republican action now.
Let us throw “Hunter Biden justice” straight into Joe Biden’s grinning fool face.
Foolish Joe Biden is sure Hunter is going to skate without consequences.
(a) taxpayers demand Congress pass a “corrective bill”
(b) reduce all penalties for tax fraud and gun application violations to Hunter Biden’s level
(c) release from jail anyone unjustly convicted of such crimes
(d) change the penalty for mishandling classified information to the same penalty that Hillary Clinton received, retroactive to the date that Hillary Clinton committed her crimes.
Enshrine the “Hunter Biden Two-Tier Justice Correction Act” into US law.

Yeah, it is easy to see why the french cut off the heads of the aristcracy in the late 1700s.
I have seen some indications from stories and videos that Trump is gaining a lot of support from the black street community because they can now relate to Trump as a victim. Just as they feel that they are victims of injustice they see what is happening to Trump and they relate to it. No action that Trump could have ever taken to gain their support would have had any meaning to them. But they can related to this, and many of them are cheering for Trump. In some cases I hear that they are even suggesting violence if Trump is convicted.
Never thought that I would see that.
