I can just see in 5 years lines of people gridlocking walmart parking lots in their EV’s waiting for charging spots...And then when someone finally comes out to their EV, they take another 10 minutes to load up their groceries...lol...

Of course, to be honest I run into that at gas stations, too. I wish I had a dollar for every time someone already paid at the pump, pumped gas, then when finished walked inside the store without first politely moving his car so others could fill up.
As it is now, charging stations have what they call "idle fees". Basically, when your car is done charging (either topped off all the way or stopped at whatever level you configured in your car) you have X minutes to disconnect (i.e. move it) before you start getting charged per minute to get it out of the way.
You seem to think there are no chargers anywhere already and everyone will have to charge their cars at Walmart. Do you not have chargers where you live?
