Spike is from center of court and she is at the side foul line. So if she were standing on the front line that’s 3 M from the net but it’s also 1/2 the width of the court.. which is 15’ or so.. so that makes the distance from where ball was struck to where she is on that diagonal somewhere around

The square root of (9+25) meters.. which is about 5.83 meters.

But the ball also had to travel a vertical distance from where it was hit to the height of her head. So would need to calculate that hypotenuse of that triangle and add it to the 5.83M. And then you have roughly how far the ball traveled in that time.

The ball wasn’t going 143 MPH, fastest spikes by pro men players are in the 100 mph range so no way this sicko hit a 145mph

Not from center...they are both almost equal distance from the FL. Gotta look close...sorry the image insnt clearer. I think im pretty close on the distance numbers. The time is whats wrong..I think. I need a better timer.
